Warmer Temperatures Coming to Montana

Press Release: Sunny Days Ahead for Montana with Warm Temperatures

MTN News

Montana is set to enjoy a stunning Tuesday with temperatures climbing into the upper 70s and lower 80s. While an isolated thunderstorm may appear in eastern Montana, the day promises plenty of sunshine.

As we transition into Wednesday, temperatures will continue to rise, reaching the low to mid 80s across the state. Residents can expect a greater likelihood of isolated showers or thunderstorms, particularly as winds pick up to 10-25 mph in the Rocky Mountain Front.

Looking ahead, Thursday and Friday forecast a higher probability of scattered showers and thunderstorms due to a disturbance moving through the region. Temperatures will cool down slightly into the 70s, with breezier conditions expected.

However, the upcoming weekend is projected to be delightful as an upper-level ridge moves over Montana, providing pleasant highs in the upper 70s and low 80s. There’s a slight chance of isolated afternoon thunderstorms on Saturday.

As June closes, temperatures are anticipated to rise again, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s leading into dry and sunny conditions for July. Stay tuned for more updates on the weather as summer unfolds!
