Annual "Heroes at Bat" Charity Softball Game Returns to Billings
BILLINGS, Mont. – The Billings Police Department and the Billings Fire Department are set to face off once again in their beloved charity softball game, now rebranded as "Heroes at Bat." This exciting event, formerly known as "Guns and Hoses," will take place this summer and promises thrilling competition, as the series is currently tied at two wins apiece.
The charity game aims to raise funds for the Montana Hope Project, an organization committed to granting wishes for critically ill children across the state. This heartwarming initiative encourages community support, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and care among residents.
Families and friends are invited to attend, enjoy a day at the ballpark, and contribute to a meaningful cause. As both departments battle on the field, the real winners will be Montana’s children, who will benefit from the generous donations raised during the event.
