Montana’s Medicaid Expansion Bill Passes Legislature, Heads to Governor
HELENA – House Bill 245, which aims to eliminate the sunset date on Montana’s Medicaid expansion program, has successfully passed through the state legislature and is on its way to the governor’s desk. Additionally, House Bill 601 proposes creating an online portal to streamline the process of applying for Medicaid and undergoing eligibility redetermination, addressing concerns raised by constituents.
