A recent U.N. report reveals that Russia has deployed thousands of North Korean soldiers and extensive weaponry to bolster its military operations in Ukraine, describing this cooperation as unlawful. The Multilateral Sanctions Monitoring Team (MSMT), which includes the U.S., UK, and Japan, reported that North Korea supplied over 11,000 troops and significant military assets, including 100 ballistic missiles and up to 9 million rounds of ammunition in 2024.
