COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – Authorities have arrested 35-year-old Cody Rencruel in connection with the homicide of 35-year-old Dixie Schroeder, whose body was found in Havre, Montana, on May 7. The Havre Police Department responded to reports of a deceased individual, leading to the discovery of Schroeder’s remains, which indicated possible foul play.
Rencruel, identified as a person of interest, was located in the Coeur d’Alene area with Schroeder’s car in his possession.
