A 14-year-old girl named Honey Stripped-Squirrel, who was reported missing on April 9, 2025, in Missoula, has been found safe on Thursday night. The Missing Endangered Person Advisory issued for her has been canceled by the Montana Department of Justice. Honey was last seen on foot wearing a black sweatshirt, sweatpants, and black and white Converse high-tops. Law enforcement believed she was in danger and did not have a phone or means to ask for help. She was described as Native American, 4’11” tall, weighing 90 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. The advisory mentioned that she could possibly be heading towards the Browning, Clinton, or Granite County areas. Anyone with information about Honey Stripped-Squirrel was asked to contact the Missoula Police Department at 406-552-6300 or call 911. The community is relieved by the news of her safe return.
