is saddened to announce the passing of beloved community member Scott Howard of Anaconda, Montana. Howard, 66, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Howard was a well-known figure in the Anaconda area, having lived there for over 40 years. He was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather, known for his kind heart and unwavering generosity. Howard was also an active member of the local community, volunteering his time and resources to various charitable organizations.
In addition to his philanthropic efforts, Howard was a successful businessman, owning and operating a popular local restaurant for many years. He was known for his delicious food and welcoming atmosphere, making countless friends and loyal customers along the way.
Howard is survived by his wife, two children, and four grandchildren, as well as a large extended family and many friends. His loss is deeply felt by all who knew him, and his memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of those he touched.
A celebration of Scott Howard’s life will be held on June 20, 2025, at the Anaconda Community Center. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Howard’s favorite charities in his honor.
