A 63-year-old woman was found alive in Naypyitaw, Myanmar more than 90 hours after a devastating earthquake hit the region. Many monks are believed to be trapped under rubble as several monasteries collapsed during the quake in the predominantly Buddhist country. Rescue efforts are ongoing in Bangkok, Thailand where the quake caused high-rises to sway and a 30-story building under construction to collapse. At least 20 people have died in Bangkok, with most fatalities occurring at the collapsed building site. Rescue teams in Bangkok are using heavy machinery to move large pieces of cement as they work to free numerous trapped workers from the rubble.
