Two MSU Billings men’s basketball players, Kael Robinson and Jalen Tot, have been honored by the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. Robinson was named to the All-GNAC first team, leading the Yellowjackets in scoring with 19.3 points per game. He also ranks second in the GNAC in field goals made, shooting efficiency, rebounds, and blocked shots. Tot, on the other hand, was voted to the second team and ranks eighth in the conference in scoring with 15.8 points per game, as well as second in steals and 11th in assists.
Both players have received recognition for their hard work and dedication to the sport. Robinson, a senior from New Zealand, has shown exceptional skill and determination on the court, while Tot, a senior from Dallas, has proven himself as a valuable asset to the team.
The Yellowjackets, with a record of 20-11 overall and 11-7 in the GNAC, are heading to the conference tournament as the fifth seed. They will face off against Western Washington in the first round.
Head coach Luke Fennelly expressed his pride in the players for their well-deserved recognition, emphasizing their work ethic and commitment to improvement. With Robinson and Tot leading the team, the Yellowjackets are prepared to compete at a high level in the upcoming tournament.
