The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at all 18 MTDLI job service offices, providing assistance to help workers get back into the workforce. Staff will be available to answer questions and provide personalized support to each worker. Additionally, there is an option to participate remotely in the event.

The Montana Department of Labor and Industry is committed to helping workers successfully transition back into the workforce. In the past, MTDLI has introduced initiatives such as the Skills Matching Dashboard and the mining-specific Skills Matching Tool to assist workers affected by layoffs in certain industries. Workers impacted by recent layoffs are encouraged to attend the Rapid Response Event and utilize the resources available to them.
