Montana Grant expresses gratitude for the successful Great Rockies Sport Show in Billings, where attendees of all ages celebrated Montana’s best outdoor activities. Eager anglers learned ice fishing tips at a seminar and are now ready to hit the hard water with new ice condition reports. The Montana Pike Masters club mentored anglers at the trout fishing pond and shared their expertise.
Attendees enjoyed various activities, such as turkey calling, elk bugling, and meeting an African lion. Reid Stovall presented a seminar on archery hunting elk, while Montana Grant’s grandson, Clyde, had a successful fishing experience with his father’s help. The event featured plenty of food, boats, RVs, and gear booths to browse through.
Montana Grant also promoted his new book, “Welcome to Montana Grant,” which includes stories, recipes, pictures, and tips for outdoor enthusiasts. The book comes with a crafted bookmark featuring a feather from Montana Grant’s last Springs Gobbler. The Great Rockies Show, organized by Bill Reier for over two decades, continues to bring families, friends, locals, and guests together to celebrate outdoor adventures in Big Sky Country.
Montana Grant wishes all hunters, anglers, and sportsmen a safe and fun year of outdoor activities. The event was a testament to the lively outdoor community in Montana.
