Bolt and Bruizer’s Bakery and Barkery in Missoula, Montana is in the midst of their busiest week, with staff working 14-hour days to fulfill a surge in pie orders. Lead chef Bruizer Graybill highlighted the joy of baking and seeing customers light up at the taste of their pies. Since Saturday, the bakery has prepared around 350 pies, ranging from pumpkin to Flathead Cherry. They even host a community potluck to spread holiday cheer. In addition to their main location, they will have a pop-up kiosk at the mall. Despite the hectic schedule, Chef Graybill mentioned they must also start prepping for Christmas mousses.
