Israel escalates attacks on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon amid growing concerns of broader conflict in the Middle East

Israeli fighter jets conducted a heavy bombardment of Beirut’s southern suburbs, leading to panicked families fleeing the area overnight into Saturday.
